Boostkicks Store is an independent football boots reselling store based in Malaysia.
We sell football boots from brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, and others.
We are NOT affiliated, authorised, sponsored, or associated with any of these brands.

2. Product Authenticity

• All products sold are 100% original / authentic.

• Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. No Warranty Policy

• We are not an official brand retailer.

• Manufacturer or brand warranty does NOT apply to any products sold by us.

• All items are sold “as is”, to the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law.

• We do not provide any warranty, express or implied.

4. Product Condition

• All products are sold in new condition, unless stated otherwise.

• Minor box damage or packaging differences may occur and do not affect the product quality.

5. Size & Fit Disclaimer

• Sizes may vary between brands and models.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

• No refunds or returns will be accepted for size or fit issues.

6. Product Images

• Product images are for illustration purposes only.

• Actual product colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

7. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Full payment must be made before orders are shipped.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

9. Shipping

• We ship within Malaysia only, unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery times depend on courier services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

• Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

11. Refund & Return Policy

11.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds or returns are only applicable if:

• You received the wrong item, or

• You received a defective item (defect present before use)

Requests must be made within 5 days from the date the item is received.

11.2 Refund Conditions

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original box, tags, and packaging must be returned

• Proof of purchase is required

• Items that show signs of use will not be accepted

11.3 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will NOT be provided for:

• Wrong size selected by customer

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, training, or matches

• Sale or clearance items

• Minor box or packaging damage

11.4 Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method

• Refunds will be processed within [5–10] working days after inspection

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

11.5 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by us

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products.

• Products are used at the customer’s own risk, as permitted under Malaysian law.

13. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including courier disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.

14. Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
