We provide a clear and transparent order status system so customers can easily track the progress of their football boots purchase from confirmation to delivery.

Order Status Stages Explained

1. Order Received
Your order request has been successfully received. At this stage, we will review your order details, including product model, size, and availability.

2. Payment Verified
Once payment is made, our team will verify the payment. Orders will only proceed after successful payment verification.

3. Order Confirmed
After payment verification, you will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. Your order is now officially confirmed.

4. Order Processing
Your football boots are carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment.
🕒 Processing time: 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

5. Shipped
Your order has been handed over to our delivery partner. A tracking number will be provided once available so you can track your shipment.

6. In Transit
Your order is currently on the way to the delivery address provided.

7. Out for Delivery
The courier is delivering your order to your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

8. Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered. Customers are advised to check the item immediately upon receipt.

How to Check Your Order Status

Customers may check their order status by contacting our customer support team and providing:

  • Full name used during order

  • Payment date or receipt

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
    Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather conditions, or public holidays.
